You can reserve a booth on the spot.
Often the discounts we provide at bridal shows are for a limited time only. This encourages you to book at the show, to ensure that we will be available for your wedding day. You don’t need to have all of the details set. We are very flexible with changes, and you don’t need to pay everything up front. We ask for a small deposit, you receive a large discount, and then the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. You will be able to talk face-to-face to a specialist while reserving your booth. We’ll be there answering any questions you may have and recording as much detail as you provide.
One word: PROPS
Props can really liven up a photo booth session. We have so many unique props that you can only get from Clear Choice Photo Booth, and coming to our bridal show allows you to view them and try them out. You will see how much added fun props can bring to a photo booth rental. We have beautiful props that fit the theme of your wedding! Not everyone enjoys photos, but props are great icebreaker to help guests feel more comfortable.
You can see what your spouse-to-be would look like with a mustache.
Maybe you already have your heart set on a photo booth, but your fiance may not be on board. It is important to ask as many questions as you can when you are considering working with a photo booth rental company. We understand that there are other companies out there other than Clear Choice Photo Booth (wait, what?) and you need to do your research! But before you jump in with just any photo booth rental company, be sure to ask these five important questions!
What kind of equipment do you use?
Depending on your event type and what you envision, this is an important question! Boomerang GIFs shared on social media might not require a high-quality camera, but what if you wanted to give your guests the red carpet experience Since the beginning, CCPB has used DSLR cameras and they are continually upgraded to ensure the best quality photos. We also update our photo booths every six months or so. So before you decide to go with a “cheaper” company, make sure they aren’t slacking in the quality department!
What are your backdrop options?
Your backdrop is important to consider when renting your photo booth. Too much pattern in the overlay, backdrop and theme of the party could look messy. On the other hand, not enough color can look boring! See what options you have, because the backdrop will be in every photo. You can even ask us about our custom backdrops or green screen, which gives you endless creativity with your backdrops!
Do you offer props? Can I bring my own?
For companies that mainly service corporate events, props aren’t always necessary. But if your event is social, such as a wedding, graduation party, or a reunion, chances are you want to incorporate props into your package. Clear Choice Photo Booth offers props in almost all of our packages—and you can add it on to all of them. We also say, “Sure! The more the merrier!” if you ask to bring your own props. We’ll keep it organized on the table for you and separate it at the end of the event so that you can take yours home with you.
Do you have any references?
This is really important! You want to make sure that you are renting from an experienced, quality photo booth rental company. Make sure that the majority of reviewers sing high praises to the company and were satisfied with their services. Of course, every company is going to have those few negative reviews, but if those overtake the positive, than there’s trouble. Who is The Dress Rack?
The sister store of Medina’s well-known The Dress, The Dress Rack was born in January and has partnered with several bridal dress boutiques to provide designer bridal gowns that a bride can carry out of the store same day for a smaller price. All of the gowns are brand new, tags on, unaltered and ready for you to come play dress up in.
All of the most popular bridal dress designers are featured: Stella York, Essence of Australia, McKayla, Calla Blanche, Martina
Julia, The Dress Rack’s Lead Consultant, was kind enough to meet last week and talk about how The Rack is a different kind of bridal shop experience.
The Dress is widely known for giving brides-to-be a five star experience when shopping for their designer gowns, and The Rack is no exception. When you visit The Rack, you will have a dedicated and knowledgable consultant, and the opportunity to sort through the racks of beautiful gowns available at their leisure. Julia advises to come in with an open mind. She says many brides come in just to look, but wind up leaving the store with a gown they didn’t expect to fall in love with. Since all of the dresses are sold off the rack and are not guaranteed to be there the next day, its never too early to look.
The Five Star Experience with a Bonus
Every detail in the shop has been carefully considered to give every bride a personal and beautiful experience. After trying on your first round of gowns, you’ll have the opportunity to keep browsing the racks after putting on the adorable robe provided in the fitting room, while your friends and family will be able to relax in the charming and comfortable space. And when you find the dress of your dreams, The Rack celebrates you with a champagne toast, a goody bag, and the opportunity to take a photo with their adorable sign that reads “I found and love The Dress!”
To complete your wedding day look, of course there are lots of accessories to try on with your gown. Necklaces, earrings, bracelets, belts, hairpieces, and veils. Even if you’ve already bought your gown elsewhere, Julia says she can still set you up with an appointment to try your gown on in the store to pair it with jewelry and other accessories so you know everything will look perfect together.
Inventory is constantly changing with new dresses coming in frequently. Brides typically come in with a budget of about $1000. You will find most dresses ranging from $650-1600, give or take.
