We were excited to be a part of the Boston Calling Music Festival, located in where else, but Boston. The festival took place over this past weekend, a 3-day weekend of music, food and fun. The festival is held at City Hall and features two stages, for twice the music! Acts this year included Beck, Tove Lo, and My Morning Jacket.
Boston Calling Music Festival began with it’s first festival in the spring of 2013. It was started by Brian Appel and Mike Snow, cofounders of Crash Line Productions. They saw other big cities have their signature festivals, and thought Boston was in need for one. Their first line up included Of Monsters and Men and Fun. They then followed with a second weekend in the fall, and the twice-yearly festival has been a huge success.
Next up is the fall festival, and the lineup was just recently announced! Acts for the fall include Alabama Shakes, Hozier, as well as the original bands, Of Monsters and Men and Nate Ruess (of Fun.). We are excited we will be at the show, once again working under Massachusetts Health Connector to get the word out and advertise their services. We cannot be more happy to have been and will continue to be a part of such a fun festival!
