5 Ways To Enhance Your Wedding Photo Booth

As photo booths are becoming more and more popular at weddings, there are many way to make your guests’ photo booth experiences stand out. We at Clear Choice Photo Booth love discovering new ways to highlight our services and make sure that you have the best experience possible! We have put together some ideas to make sure that your photo booth rental offers the best for your guests.

1. Choose the prints per person option

Here at Clear Choice Photo Booth we have several packages for brides to choose from for their big day. For weddings, our social media package is our most popular. Not only does it supply a guest book for the bride and groom to take home, but it will print a photo strip for every single person in the photo booth. So if ten people go into the photo booth, eleven strips will be printed out (one for each person, and one for the guest book).

2. Offer “tickets” to the photo booth

Another option is to offer tickets to your photo booth. Guests will feel they are given a great opportunity to use the photo booth. This would be especially beneficial if you have a large amount of wedding guests, as you could control the number of times each person enters the booth.

3. Use frames as a seating chart

If you would like to supply your guests with frames, you could also use the inserts as a seating chart. Each insert could contain the guest name and the table number, as well as an invitation to use the photo booth (as mentioned above). This is a great idea if you are looking to save money and “hit two birds with one stone” using your photo booth frames.

4. Use frames at each place setting

Many brides choose to supply their guests with frames to hold their photo strips. But what do you put in the frame before they receive their photos? A short thank you and an invitation to have fun at the booth. Not only does this let everyone know that there is a photo booth, but it allows the guests to go home with a reminder, in other words, a wedding favor.

You get to try us out.

Not only is this the most fun part of visiting Clear Choice photo Booth at a bridal show, but it is also the most important. You can ask as many questions as you want (we love answering questions, by the way!), but the true test will be how you feel about the experience when you use the booth. How does the attendant assist each session? What is the quality of the photos? How long does each session take? You will experience the answers to these questions—and more—first hand when you try us out.

You get show-exclusive discounts.

We have some amazing discounts and giveaways at the bridal shows we attend, which you can only get if you come to the show and meet us face-to-face. Don’t hesitate to come talk to us, because you’ll often find that after we ask a few questions we can give you specific information on the discounted price depending on your wedding date. Often times we’ll also hold some sort of giveaway, whether it’s a raffle or part of a bouquet toss or something equally fun!

You get to experience what your guests will.

When you attend a bridal show you are a guest, just as those who you have invited to your wedding. You are not stressing out about little details and it is not the biggest night of your life. You are just enjoying your time with friends or family or your fiance, browsing around and eating great food. So when you come across a photo booth, your mind can be focused on the fun and not making sure all of your guests are happy. You can reserve a booth on the spot.

Often the discounts we provide at bridal shows are for a limited time only. This encourages you to book at the show, to ensure that we will be available for your wedding day. You don’t need to have all of the details set. We are very flexible with changes, and you don’t need to pay everything up front. We ask for a small deposit, you receive a large discount, and then the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. You will be able to talk face-to-face to a specialist while reserving your booth. We’ll be there answering any questions you may have and recording as much detail as you provide.

One word: PROPS

Props can really liven up a photo booth session. We have so many unique props that you can only get from Clear Choice Photo Booth, and coming to our bridal show allows you to view them and try them out. You will see how much added fun props can bring to a photo booth rental. We have beautiful props that fit the theme of your wedding! Not everyone enjoys photos, but props are great icebreaker to help guests feel more comfortable.

You can see what your spouse-to-be would look like with a mustache.

Maybe you already have your heart set on a photo booth, but your fiance may not be on board. We’ve got quite a few super hero masks, some fun signs and tons of mustaches in case they want to see what they would look like with some hair under their nose. Snap some pics in the photo booth, give them a copy of the printed photo strip, and voila, you have successfully showed them how fun a photo booth would be for you and your guests.

Urban Farmer is the full-service restaurant adjacent to The Westin. It strives to honor CLE through building relationships with local farms, ranches and fisheries. Crafted at Westin is a mixology program that uses fresh, preferably local artisanal ingredients for drinks exclusive to Westin. The chefs have created menus that not only source sustainable and organic foods farm to table, but emphasize nutrition and style. Above all, the culinary team can always work with a couple to customize packages. They are open to creating something that meets and exceeds their expectations. And when the reception is over, your guests can still eat well with in room dining available around the clock.

Sleep Well 

Ensuring that you and your guests have a relaxing stay, each guestroom includes an award-winning Heavenly Bed and Sleep Well Lavender Balm.

484 well-appointed guest rooms are available at the Westin Cleveland. Half with an incredible lake view, and the other half with a breath-taking view of the Cleveland skyline. Furthermore, the newly-weds receive a suite upgrade with each wedding package.

Located on St. Clair Avenue, the Westin Cleveland is within walking distance to several Cleveland destinations. Most noteworthy: East 4th St, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, the House of Blues, Quicken Loans Arena and many other ways to enjoy Cleveland to the fullest. Also provided is a late checkout on Sundays at no extra charge, along with extended weekend breakfast hours.

Move Well

The RunWESTIN program is a concierge guided run of Cleveland that can fit into your guest’s schedule. And if they couldn’t fit their running shoes into their suitcase, no problem! The Westin also offers Gear Lending, a partnership with New Balance, which gives guests access to workout clothes and shoes.

Feel Well

Work Well

With a full-service Starbucks and a business center on-site, popping in to get a little work done is easy. If they need a little more, Westin offers Tangent: a flexible work space that is rentable by the hour. Because it is fully stocked with office supplies and audio visual capabilities, it is the perfect meeting space for small groups.

With 16 rooms available for events, the Westin Cleveland Downtown is a full-service venue. Complete packages will include food, bar, linens, centerpieces, uplighting, tables, chairs that can all incorporate the design and look each couple wants. Also, upgrades can be handled in house. While many venues may not be able to accommodate large weddings, the Orchid Ballroom at the Westin Cleveland has 9,000 square feet for receptions up to 450 guests. The Westin Cleveland has over 20,000 square feet available for events.
